The New York Times has joined forces with Samsung to launch The Daily 360, a new immersive video-journalism initiative that will deliver one 360° video report every day of the week.

For its part of the deal, Samsung will provide the newspaper’s reporters around the globe with access to its Gear 360 cameras and related kit.
