Ambulance Victoria paramedics Virtual Reality training program
All Ambulance Victoria paramedics will take part in virtual reality training to better protect them from violence as they respond to medical emergencies.
The innovative training program is the first of its kind for emergency services.
Ambulance Victorian Paramedics are supported in their clinical practice with access to clinical practice guidelines (CPGs). The CPG development and review methodology is informed by the AGREE II Instrument, an internationally recognised tool which guides and evaluates the development and quality of clinical practice guidelines
Ambulance Victoria’s Community Education programs aim to foster improved health outcomes for all Victorians. The programs focus on building community capacity and willingness to respond to a medical emergency and enhancing the community’s understanding of the value of Ambulance Victoria.
