Meet the Carrot Muffins – [Recipe]

A video project by Anastasia Fragkia from the University of West Attica, Department of Photography.

Best friends Leda and Effie take on the task of cooking some delicious carrot muffins that where originally distributed at Effie’s summer camp. A nostalgic blend of tastes and smells that inspired Anastasia’s first video project for her University class.


280 gr. Soft Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1.5 teaspoon of Bakin Powder
1 teaspoon of sweet Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 Eggs
300 gr. of Sugar
240 gr. Sunflower Oil
340 gr. Fresh carrot on fine grater
